Job description

We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic professional for the position of Deputy Director to manage our client's franchisor operations. If you are a visionary leader with a solid background in franchise management and a demonstrated ability to drive business growth, this could be your next big career move.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of the daily operations of the franchisor.
  • Supporting the Director in the formulation and execution of strategic franchise plans.
  • Ensuring adherence to franchise agreements and standards.
  • Facilitating communication and building a strong relationship with franchisees.
  • Implementing strategies to promote the growth and expansion of the franchise.


Requirements
  • Relevant University Degree.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing franchisor operations.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Residency in Prague, Czech Republic.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Four days a week commitment.
  • Work from our Head Office two days a week.
  • Flexibility to work from home the remaining two days.
