Job description

We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic professional for the position of Deputy Director to manage our client's franchisor operations. If you are a visionary leader with a solid background in franchise management and a demonstrated ability to drive business growth, this could be your next big career move.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the management of the daily operations of the franchisor.
Supporting the Director in the formulation and execution of strategic franchise plans.
Ensuring adherence to franchise agreements and standards.
Facilitating communication and building a strong relationship with franchisees.
Implementing strategies to promote the growth and expansion of the franchise.

Requirements

Relevant University Degree.
5-8 years of experience in managing franchisor operations.
Native English speaker.
Residency in Prague, Czech Republic.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Working Conditions:

Four days a week commitment.
Work from our Head Office two days a week.
Flexibility to work from home the remaining two days.
