We are looking for a Part-time HR & Admin Assistant to join us to support our
Global office in Japan.

Main Responsibilities
· Assistant HR management (via GlobalView, our internally
developed CRM )
a)
Confirm commissions and prepare invoices for our freelancers.
b)
Upload HR relevant documents, pay slips and tax slips and maintain the update.
c)
Maintain Proof of expenses archives - Expense Reimbursement Process Management.
· Assistant HR management (via King of Time, our time sheet system)
a)
Ensure the correction of daily time sheet and the approval.
b)
Confirm and inform annual various leaves for
our consultants.
· Assist both On/Off-boarding process including confirming the
consultant’s labor contract contents, social insurance and tax-related notifications,
etc.
· Assist visa application process and ensure the achievement.
· Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for
escalation of issues.
· Ensure the timely local tax declarations process for our
consultants.
· Be responsible for updating local Immigration & Employment
policies as well as Employee Tax-related Compliance knowledge base.
· Answer our salespeople’s questions about local regulations, when
needed.
· Other tasks arranged by Line-Manager
· 1-2 years HR & Admin assistant related work experience.
· Fluent both in Japanese, Mandarin, and English
· Average remote working hours could be 12-15 hours per week including
weekly 1 to 2 days office work. The location of Office Work is near Minamiaoyama
or Shibuya on Every Wednesday.
· Proficient in using office software (Word, PPT, Excel and
outlook)
· A strong communicator, an outgoing personality, and motivation
to learn.
· Must be comfortable with detail work and have a strong sense of
responsibility in their work.
*Salary (Gross):1500 JPY/hour, up to 1800 JPY/hour, timesheet, or system
