Position Overview: As a Low-Code/No-Code Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation within our organization and for our clients. You will leverage low-code and no-code platforms to design, build, and maintain applications, workflows, and automation solutions. Your role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, enabling us to deliver high-impact software quickly. 
Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Advanced English
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with low-code/no-code platforms. 
  • Proficiency in one or more popular low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Salesforce Lightning, Unqork, Appian, or Mendix. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts and data integration. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to evolving low-code/no-code technologies. 
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages is a plus. 
  • Certification in low-code/no-code platforms is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into low-code or no-code solutions. 
  • Develop, configure, and customize applications using popular low-code/no-code platforms such as: Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Salesforce Lightining, Unqork, Mendix, ServiceNow, etc.  
  • Design and implement business logic, workflows, and user interfaces within low-code/no-code environments. 
  • Integrate low-code/no-code solutions with existing systems and databases. 
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met when building applications. 
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and build workflow automation. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance low-code/no-code solutions. 
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on low-code/no-code tools. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in low-code/no-code development. 
  • Document application configurations, logic, and workflows for knowledge sharing. 
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to low-code/no-code applications. 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of low-code/no-code solutions.
