Responsibilities

What you will do...

Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying areas of responsibility are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality outcomes.
Drive to exceed personal/team/Company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership.
Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
Support peer team by training, coaching, and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors.
Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to and being able to work rotating shifts and hours when required.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience or 3 years of Material Handling supervisory experience.
Coaching level knowledge of Global Prototype Inventory Requisitioning & Scheduling (GPIRS) and Common Material Management System (CMMS)
