Responsibilities

What you will do...

  • Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying areas of responsibility are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality outcomes.
  • Drive to exceed personal/team/Company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership.
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
  • Support peer team by training, coaching, and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors.
  • Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to and being able to work rotating shifts and hours when required.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience or 3 years of Material Handling supervisory experience.
  • Coaching level knowledge of Global Prototype Inventory Requisitioning & Scheduling (GPIRS) and Common Material Management System (CMMS)
