In this position...**

Ford Performance is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their motorsports general management group. You will partner with various motorsports and cross-functional teams to develop the world’s best driving experiences around the globe. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a global driving experiences strategy that will grow the business, conquest new customers and strengthen the Ford brand. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, be comfortable with ambiguity, and role model Our Ford+ Behaviors – Focus, Excellence and Collaboration. **

Responsibilities**

What you'll do…

  • Help Ford to build the world’s best portfolio of driving experiences, enhancing the ownership experience for our customers and creating new fans of the brand through world-class experiences
  • Develop and implement a global strategy to grow and increase the availability of driving experiences. Including, but not limited to – track experiences, off-road experiences, simulation, adventure & “destination” driving
  • Identify, analyze and present recommendations for new sources of revenue from our existing driving experiences
  • Implement a consistent customer and brand experience across our portfolio of driving experiences, including cross-promotional and monetization opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with other brand teams that own driving experience to ensure consistency in approach, implementation and customer experience
  • Manage relationships with new & existing partners supporting the driving experiences portfolio and growth strategy
  • Prepare presentations on program initiatives, relevant to position, to be shared with key Company stakeholders as required

Qualifications

You'll have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in (customer experience, marketing, strategy, etc.)

  • Experience in Motorsports Marketing Events
  • Self-starter with a demonstrable comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, putting the customer first
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed
  • Experience developing customer-centric strategies to generate revenue
  • Passion for our products and their capabilities
