As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for application development, testing, and user support. This role will get to work within a growing team and help develop from the ground up new systems as well as supporting existing applications.  A commitment to collaborative problem solving, innovative design, and a quality product is essential.

Position qualifications and responsibilities:

• Perform responsive software development and integration, within an agile development process
  Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Support our software lifecycle, to include design, development and testing
• Work closely with users to provide personalized software support as needed
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Testing and evaluating new development technologies
• Documenting application support and operational procedures

Essential skills and experience required:

• At least 5+ years’ direct experience with C# and Javascript frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue
• 3+ years’ years of experience developing video communications applications using Vidyo, Microsoft Graph and WebRTC
• Preferred experience with Azure DevOps
• Relational database knowledge with either MS SQL or Postgres experience a plus
• Use of Source Control System like TFS (Team Foundation Server)/Git
• Experience defining end-to-end architectures that balance business requirements, scalability and are maintainable
• Willingness to adapt and evolve to technology changes
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to accomplish a high volume of competing work assignments and routine duties within established deadlines
• Must be passionate about the Software Development Life Cycle and evolution of development technologies to help drive future advancements and best practices
• Skilled at data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment requiring the ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in business needs
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be flexible and willing to support a 24x7 environment
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
