Job summary

Assures the correct functioning of company’s IT network (server administration, firewall, backup system, network appliance) in order to guarantee that all systems work properly, maintaining the level of security and compliance.

Key purpose of the role

IT Network – Ensures the correct functioning of the IT infrastructure, in order to guarantee its full functionality and reliability for educational and operational needs. Supports actions aimed at improving in order to guarantee the efficiency and stability of the IT system, supports the planning of the necessary maintenance activities, supports and implements the management of security processes to ensure business continuity (disaster recovery, antivirus, etc.).

HelpDesk – Supports the IT team in solving complex problems

IT Innovation – Colaborates with the IT Manager on new implementations and Corporate projects. Supports the Manager in the research and implementation of new technologies for business and for teaching activities.

Compliance - Ensures the management and distribution of security patches for all servers and clients. Supports all activities aimed at managing critical situations and adopts preventive solutions. Collaborates with the IT Manager to maintain GDPR compliance, using tools and platforms.
