The Leadership Development Trainer is responsible for the implementation and delivery of TransPerfect Connect’s talent development programs with a focus on leadership development, coaching skills, and Six Sigma. They will deliver training sessions in person and remotely, within the United States and internationally.

  • Deliver leadership and management development training across multiple levels of leaders
  • Deliver training on coaching and provide individualized coaching to leaders as needed
  • Deliver training on Six Sigma tools, techniques, and processes
  • Utilize a variety of facilitation techniques, instructional methodologies, and learning theories
  • Participate in the updating and development of training content
  • Partner with Training & Development team and TPC leaders to assess training needs
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
  • Stay current with training best practices and new learning methodologies
  • Will participate in the updating and development of training content
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong facilitation skills using a variety of training methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills; proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Strong organization and project management skills including classroom logistics management
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, trainees, and peers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Leadership development experience
  • Coaching training experience
  • Six Sigma green belt certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in a self-directed environment
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Must be able to travel internationally

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous management experience
  • Coaching certification
  • Six Sigma certification
