About the Firm/Role
Forge Recruitment is currently searching for an Associate with an Entrepreneurial background, to join a boutique firm based in downtown Toronto. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a law firm that has had an excellent reputation for over 30 years. You will have an autonomous environment, with support when required. This firm prides itself on work-life balance with reasonable working hours.

Qualifications:
  • Member in good standing of Ontario Law Society.
  • Law degree and excellent academic qualifications from accredited law school
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will have their own practice and client base
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in building client relationships
  • high ethical standards
