As we embark on our journey to revolutionize cardiovascular healthcare, we are seeking an experienced mid or senior level Full-stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be at the forefront of building our MVP SaaS product for our network of cardiology practices, helping us shape the future of cardiovascular health and value-based care. As one of our first full-time engineering hires, you will play a pivotal role in developing our MVP SaaS product and contributing to the success of our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy our initial product offering.
Engage with our UX team to deliver high-quality user experiences and UI designs for complex healthcare workflows.
Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software components.
Work with remote teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Deploy and maintain continuous integration / continuous delivery pipelines to streamline development processes.
Contribute to the development of backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the product meets quality standards.
Healthcare Integration: If applicable, contribute your knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, such as FHIR, to ensure seamless integration with other healthcare systems.
Compliance and Security: Maintain a focus on compliance requirements and audits, including HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC2, to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
Demonstrated track record in health tech software development.
Proven track record of working in early-stage startup environments.
Strong knowledge of SaaS and B2B software development.
Experience collaborating with remote engineering teams.
Expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, particularly FHIR.
Experience with healthcare compliance requirements and audits (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2).
