Position – Service now IRM Solution Architect
Location – Remote
Job Description:
The Solution Architect is a key member of the ServiceNow implementation project team and is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements. The Solution Architect works as a techno-functional team member along with the Project Manager and supporting technical team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow's top enterprise customers.• Share Risk and Compliance best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the
project
• Participated in functional enhancements discussions with the business & technical teams and guide on configuration vs. customization path for ServiceNow IRM solution
• Co-team with the Technical team to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements with any 3rd party tools
• Review any customer integrations through APIs using SOAP/ REST, Webservices required for building some feature/functionality in ServiceNow IRM platform
• Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available
training
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow IRM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Understand Observables, Indicators of Compromise (IOC) and IoC Look Ups
• Experience with configuring and implementing Service-Now IRM Applications/Modules with working knowledge of its built-in capabilities including Plug-ins, Workflows, UI elements, tables, dictionaries, integrations and dependencies.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution design
