Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience gathering and documenting Business Requirements, Functional Spec Documentation, User Story Documentation, and Agile Delivery, Experience with website development, content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and PIM platforms or similar technical skill set, Digital Agency experience preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Documenting business requirements, identifying user stories, and creating functional specs using existing templates
- Translating requirements into design documents in partnership with UX/UI team and technical resources
- Maintaining and updating documentation as per business and development team needs
- Explaining and utilizing marketing technologies for client acceptance and testing including site building, test scripts creation, and defect capturing
