As a senior or lead data analyst on the Reinsurance Accounting and Reporting team, you’ll be the system administrator and subject matter expert (SME) on our reinsurance software. You'll apply programming and quantitative techniques to breathe life into our data. In this role, you’ll tell the story behind the data, predict future behaviors, and help critical stakeholders make decisions that impact the company. In addition to conducting research and preparing reports, you’ll partner with peers to present creative solutions for a variety of business and financial-related questions. **

Must-have Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience

Preferred Skills

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Industry experience
  • Reinsurance accounting experience
  • Knowledge of reinsurance software and system administration experience
  • Knowledge of programming skills (e.g., SQL)
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • $77,100 - $130,000/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
