Job description

Day to Day :

  • This person will be the product manager on an agile team.
  • They will be bringing the work to the team to create user stories, create test criteria, and handle approval for all work that is brought to production environment.
  • This person will explain why the work is important and why it needs to be done.
  • They will assist with agile ceremony work: set up for sprints, daily meetings.
  • Working with Mainframe Cobol engineers; some are very experienced & very knowledgeable to contractors both onshore and offshore.

Top 3 MUST HAVE skills or experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience with software development projects
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts to the business, and business goals to technical teams
  • The willingness and ability to influence decisions for the team and leaders

3 NICE TO HAVE skills (or experience) that are preferred, but not required:

  • Experience as a Team Product Manager
  • Experience with Agile

  • Experience with Payments
