The Digital Marketing Manager will assist in developing and executing media strategy, digital brand exposure, and ongoing media optimization and innovation for multiple brands. This role works closely with the marketing team, franchise relationship managers, and franchisees to understand the needs and market differences to better support location marketing tactics and execution. In this role you will help bring ideas into fruition and will have a significant impact in executing, testing, and measuring media performance.

In this diverse position, you will be responsible for project management and media management for multiple brands and markets. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to driving collaboration, innovation, and a best-in-class marketing program. 

Limited travel may be required (2-4 times per year). 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of project management, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute digital media marketing strategies 
  • Oversee & manage digital marketing vendor partners
  • Manage media budgets with intense detail
  • Test and optimize programs continually 
  • Manage digital presence for brand and locations on all relevant platforms
  • Analyze and report on web traffic and media performance 
  • Educate cross functional teams and franchisees on media strategies and measuring performance
  • Train and assist franchisees in executing local digital media
  • Collaborate with teams to create innovative marketing tactics
  • Continually improve marketing operations 
  • Write content for both print and web including company websites, blogs, marketing materials and newsletters 
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy and program development
  • Assist marketing team with special projects, as needed and requested
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management


Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 4+ years marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Expert proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4, Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords
  • Highly proficient in use of HubSpot platform and tools
  • Expert understanding of media performance KPIs
  • Proven track record in delivering measured results 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization 
  • Highly organized and can manage a multitude of tasks, projects, and information simultaneously
  • Must have a good eye for design 
  • Ability to be flexible to provide continuity and support to the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with the ability to provide solutions 
  • Extremely detail oriented 
  • Able to work under a minimal amount of supervision
  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects

Strongly Preferred:

  • Franchise experience 
  • Knowledge of Eulerity platform
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
