We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and strategic thinker with a successful track record to join our sales leadership team. As an integral part of our international sales team, the candidate must focus on new customer acquisition, and drive adoption of our SaaS platform amongst new customers. The primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by building a new customer base in developing countries across the globe.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the company's SaaS offering
  2. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  3. Introduce best practices and processes in alignment with the leaders and key decision makers to improve the sales performance
  4. Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales results
  5. Strengthen the GTM strategy
  6. Foster cross-functional collaborations with the product and tech teams to drive impactful sales

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 4/5 years of experience in SaaS/ B2B Product
  • International B2B SaaS selling experience is mandatory
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.
  • Enthusiasm and passion to take a differentiated digital infra product to the end user
  • Ownership and a bias for action
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to achieve speed and scale
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Create a safe space where the team is invited to share ideas, listen and brainstorm to deliver results
