Your missions

Job title: Virtual HR Trainer.
Schedule:

Each training session will encompass approximately four working days’ worth of training topics and course material.

Qualifications:

Experienced Instructor who is current or former federal employee and subject matter expert on the federal workforce.

Duties:

Ensure HR professionals are properly trained on processing personnel actions.
Conduct multiple sessions accommodating up to 25 people each.
Training includes:

Utilizing OPM’s Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
Proper use of terminology, forms, codes, remarks, and authorities.
Computing service computation dates, processing "Within-Grade" determinations, and other HR actions.
