Your missions

Amazon Seller Central Specialist (remote)

The successful candidate will work as an Amazon Seller Central Specialist for a 100% female-owned heated apparel company headquartered in the stunning Rocky Mountains of Colorado. You'll start by managing e-commerce product listings and handling Amazon tickets, with the potential to grow into a strategic leadership position overseeing all Amazon e-commerce operations. Previous experience with Amazon Listings and Seller Central is a must to excel in this role.

  • Remote job (Colorado, United States)

  • Working hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm Mountain Time

  • Monthly Salary: $500 - $800 (depending on experience)

  • Starting date: ASAP


Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Adding new products to the Amazon store.

  • Handling customer inquiries and tickets on Amazon.

  • Improving and optimizing existing product listings.

  • Adding images and videos to enhance product listings.

  • Maintaining the store front in the US and Canada (Amazon business page).


Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon Listings & Seller Central

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Office and Google Suite.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Shopify.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to optimize and improve conversions.

  • Experience crafting Amazon sales and marketing strategy.

  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram Shop.

  • Experience with the Shop App.

  • Copywriting skills.

  • Photo editing skills
