Nature of Work
The successful candidate will be working with a leading marketing agency in the Netherlands specializing in digital marketing solutions, from lead generation to conversion optimization, is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually stunning ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions on Facebook and Instagram. As a creative powerhouse, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to elevate brands and make a lasting impact in the digital world.

What we are looking for?
Graphic Designer

  • Full-time (40 hours a week)
  • Remote Job (Central European Time)
  • Flexible hours
  • Hourly salary: start at $4+ (depending on experience)
  • Starting date: 1 December 2023

Your Role:

  • Design ad creatives specifically for Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign strategy.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Maintain consistent and professional branding across all designs.
  • Implement design modifications based on feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, especially with Canva and/or Photoshop.
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilities.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram ad guidelines would be a plus.
  • Interest or experience in job marketing would be advantageous.

Growth opportunities
The Graphic Designer may have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Designer or Creative Lead role, depending on performance and company growth.
