Our client, YOCTO (yocto.agency) is looking for a results-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our team for a full time remote job.
As the Email Marketing Strategist, you will ensure continuous Growth in Financial & Email Marketing Metrics for managed Client Accounts, by developing and leading the execution of a Robust Email Marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for building and implementing emails on Klaviyo, and working with designers that use Figma. You'll need to have hands-on experience and super attention to detail. You must be a problem solver with a deep curiosity about how things work and how they can be improved.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a Monthly Content Calendar, with the Copywriter working on the account, after doing extensive research on promotional and content opportunities that match the Client's brand.
2. Brief, set up, and measure the results of A/B tests in campaigns, flows, and sign-up forms continuously.
3. Present x2 Client Reports per month, one in the middle of the month, and one at the beginning of the month
4. Be the main point of contact, responsible person, and ultimate decision-maker for each managed account.
5. Continually look to improve performance by studying e-commerce, email marketing, retention, and LTV maximization in the e-commerce space
6. ClickUp task management, development & assignment of daily briefs
7. Provide feedback on Creative Team work deliverables
3. Daily communication with the Client via Slack
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years' of proven Klaviyo email marketing experience, including campaign and automation strategy development, segmentation, A/B testing, data analysis and reporting
- Solid experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
- Strategic thinking and planning ability, with leadership skills
- Extreme attention to detail and work ethic
- Proficient in written & oral English
- Experience working with Figma designs, and hands-on email implementation experience
- Experience working with time-tracking software
- Slack availability during European time zones is necessary
