Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Interest and passion in the mental health field
  • Must be trained and certified in psychology (clinical or counselling psychology preferred)
  • Highly proficient in the creating innovative content and engagement programs
  • Sincere interest in working in a team environment, and taking complete ownership of the program
  • Must be able to create content in varied formats including (but not limited to): articles, infographics, campaigns, quizzes, videos, seminars, workshops, app content, etc.
  • Must be highly proficient in developing content for engagement programs such as seminars, workshops, panel discussions, floor activities, ask an expert, etc.
  • Assist the team in ideating new themes/research new topics of relevance
  • Must be able to contribute content towards new projects and products in the mental health space
  • Must be comfortable working remotely without immediate supervision
  • Contribute to thought leadership for overall client management

Education
  • Post Graduate Degree in Counselling/ Clinical Psychology

Skills
  • Individual with an affable personality
  • Proficient in writing creative content
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
