Your missions

Key purpose:

We need for a highly motivated Senior Business Process Analyst with extensive experience in the planning, designing and implementation of business processes within Aspen Group Digital Technology (GDT). The resource will be critical for assisting Capability Leaders in addressing the business process / practices focus area of the framework used to guide the development and operationalization of the Portfolio, Asset and Service Agreement Management capabilities.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Define the business process design criteria such as ITIL, COBIT, Lean Six Siga, Industry Best Practice, RACI matrix etc.
  • Facilitate sessions with process owners and teams to understand, plan and design the business processes required for Portfolio Management, Asset Management (IT Asset Management) and Service Agreement Management
  • Design processes for optimization and efficiencies
  • Map / document the business processes (Modelling Level 4) in-line with the process design criteria (refer to point 1) to ensure that these business processes are fit for purpose alignment with BPMN 2.0/3.0 required
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes designed
  • Discuss and finalize the business processes with process owners and create a repository of business process maps
  • Develop and finalize Standard Operating Procedures for the Portfolio Management, Asset Management and Service Agreement Management business processes developed
  • Determine which of Aspens current standard technology platforms would be best suited for the automation of the workflow/parts of the defined business processes
  • Determine and recommend capacity needs and skills required to operationalize business processes developed

Qualifications and experience:

  • More than 15 years experience in the planning, development and mapping of business processes
  • Green or Black Belt qualification in Lean Six Sigma obtained from a recognizable training institution
  • ITIL Expert Certified
  • COBIT Certified
  • Software available for mapping and documenting the business processes
  • Ability to have conversations with Senior Management
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Experience in the development of business processes for Portfolio Management, Asset Management (IT) and Service Agreement Management will be an added advantage
  • ServiceNow and M365 working knowledge
