Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will liaise with our in-house marketing department as well as white-label partners to review and approve various types of marketing and sales materials. They
will also be responsible for responding to customer complaints, drafting templates, and
managing the template library. As the role evolves, the candidate will gain more
independence to review materials and decide which items to escalate to other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and approve various types of sales and marketing materials in collaboration with
the marketing departments and white-label partners.
2. Draft and maintain a library of template responses to customer complaints.
3. Develop expertise in the compliance process and gradually take on responsibilities for
reviewing materials and deciding what requires escalation.
4. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure all materials are compliant with regulatory
standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. A legal background is strongly preferred.
2. Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
7. Comfortable with remote work and able to manage time effectively.
Work Conditions:
This position is remote, with the candidate working from home in the Philippines. Regular
communication with our Australia-based team will be required, which may involve working
outside of standard business hours.
