What you will be doing:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with an Engineering Background to join our team. We’re a leading manufacturer of factory automation equipment based in China. Our technology provides automation and intelligent logistics for lithium battery tests. We are looking for an experienced sales professional in Hungary to expand our business function. Our company will equip you with all the skills and tools of the trade to be successful and if you work hard we also desire to provide the next couple of stones to step on down your career path.
The ideal candidate will speak business English, German is preferred too..
This role requires traveling within the EU region.

Here’s what you’ll do:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll help drive our team revenue’s top-of-the-funnel new business growth in these ways:
  • Set initial Discovery Meetings with qualified personas and accounts.
  • Meet with potential customers, sharing the Company’s technology via various mediums.
  • Nurture a target persona that is not ready to engage in a buying cycle today.
  • Perform research to develop new account insights.
  • Visit target audiences within the EU region.
In the role you will:
  • Maintain high weekly activity including cold calling, email prospecting, social selling, and in-person meetings.
  • Use your high EQ to develop insights into your target verticals and what challenges channel managers are struggling with today – to speak their language with empathy.
  • Create laser-focused campaigns aimed at delivering education to accounts at a 1:1 scale.
  • Unleash fun and creative three-dimensional mailers and out-of-the-box tactics to entice our prospects to commit to taking action.
  • Team up with the vertical sales organization to ensure a smooth handoff of educated prospects who are ready to take the next step.
  • Utilise visual aids such as Solidworks to communicate technical product value to prospects and customers.

What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or Automation
  • At least three years of sales experience
  • Fluent in Business English and German (Optional)
  • Familiarity with Battery Manufacturing (Automobile Manufacturing is preferred)
  • Strong communication and writing skills over the phone and email
  • Insatiably curious
  • Comfortable with engaging prospects from the first touch to the first call
  • Embraces the “challenger” sales model: teach, tailor, and take control
