Quality Assurance Specialist-Sales

Regroup Mass Notification — a global company with headquarters in Dallas — is growing! We currently have an opening for a Sales Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our sales executives who deal with our existing and potential customers. The QA will monitor inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to assess the sales executives' demeanor, technical accuracy, performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. This individual will assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Listen in on incoming and outgoing calls to ensure the correct sales techniques are being used.
• Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. 
•  Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the sales director
• Uses a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.     
• Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.  
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the sales team.  
• Provides feedback to the sales reps and sales management.  
• Identify, coach, and report trends identified in recording and interactions.
• Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for the sales director.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 
• Create, update, and maintain team scorecards and rating scales.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 

• Bachelor Degree a plus 
• 3-5 years experience in a QA, training, coaching, or sales setting required
• Demonstrated ability to create scripts and other written communications 
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills  
•   Must be self-motivator and self-starter 
• Focus on quality and sales driven coaching methodologies  
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills  
• Solid time management skills  
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment  
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)  
• Sales and/or teaching ability is a plus
