Human Resources Training Services

Position: Human Resources Instructor

Place of performance: Training sessions shall be delivered virtually.

Hours/schedule: five (5) virtual training sessions for each task between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or training and development
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in this position.

Duties:

The instructor will provide training on a variety of HR topics including:

  • Federal Staffing and Placement
  • Pay Setting – General Schedule
  • Qualifications Analysis
  • Processing Federal Personnel Actions
  • Adjudicating and Applying Veterans Preference
  • Federal Employee Benefits
  • CSRS and FERS Retirement and Benefits
  • Federal Human Resources Management for Supervisors and Managers
