As a Placement Specialist you will be the main point of contact for our potential candidates and are responsible to guide them to the most suitable and beneficial programs. You will be acting as a career coach and human resource counselor, providing candidates with expert advice on which career development opportunities they should seize in order to achieve their professional goals. You will be actively supplying the worldwide best luxury hotels and restaurants with dynamic talents to assist them in their operations.


Requirements


  • 1+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development or similar positions - preferably management experience
  • Fluent level of English, Local Language Knowledge
  • Great command of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in CRM softwares such as Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character
  • Graduate from a hospitality school in the market; can relate to students and recent graduates and connect with them. 
  • Understands and believes in the value of international experience and education.
  • Result Driven; focuses on desired results, and sets and achieves challenging goals.
  • Self Driven; motivated to do or achieve better results and quality services because of his/her own enthusiasm or interest.
  • Organized; can efficiently organize his/her time and work and the team. 
  • Polished look and good presentation; represents the image of Placement International and luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate with both candidates and school representatives and build relationships with them.



Responsibilities


  • Represent Placement International in a professional manner and promote our brand and values diligently
  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates after being selected for our programs
  • Organize & assist in recruitment fairs and virtual recruitment events
  • Offer guidance on Placement International’s exciting programs
  • Host Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiences
  • Responsible for tracking candidates and ensuring payments are received on a weekly basis
  • Possess excellent time management, provide professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
  • Utilize HubSpot and CRM to track & process candidates efficiently
