Qualifications:

1+ year Experience in outbound lead generation & prospecting.
A solid grasp of email and LinkedIn tools.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, algorithms, and best practices.
Proven experience in list building using various tools.
Exceptional technological aptitude.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities.
Very analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for strategy optimization.
Self-driven and creative thinker
Very comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migration
Ability to filter and build extremely high quality lists of prospects with tools and manual review

Responsibilities:

Manage outreach campaigns for 7-10 clients per month
Manage 14-20 email campaigns and 14-20 linkedin campaigns
Build target lists of companies & contacts based on the ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
LinkedIn profile optimization for client profiles
Reply to responses effectively and convert prospects into leads
Develop new ideas and strategies for replies and list building to boost leads
Bonus in place for innovation and also commissions tied to leads generated
