Scope:
The Clinical Specialist will coordinate activities with Sales Director and be responsible for product integrations at assigned accounts.
Job Summary:
The AUB Clinical Specialist will be required to possess a deep understanding of the Mara Water Vapor Ablation system and provide exceptional technical and clinical support to customers primarily within an acute care setting, such as operating rooms and/or ambulatory surgery centers.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
· Ability to learn and disseminate critical abnormal uterine bleeding pathway and technical components of the Mara Vapor Ablations system. This includes clinically supporting the technology and procedure at all stages. Act as subject matter expert for Mara technology.· Strong competency in conducting clinical support of Mara Water Vapor Ablation System in the Clinic, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Operating Room setting including all professional credentialing required.· Manage a large geographical and diverse territory, that will include acute care settings, specifically ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient surgery and operating rooms. This will be both university and major private/public facilities.· Expert Utilization of D365 CRM system that includes Sales Call Summaries, Lead and Opportunity Management.· Work with commercial partners to outline opportunities for Mara utilization in the clinic and acute environment.· Clinically train physicians and staff on use of Mara technology, including case coverage and handling of customer questions.· Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management.

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· The ability to communicate, understand and educate clinical information relevant to AUB and our technologies to physicians and healthcare staff· Capable of maintaining flexibility to meet clinical support needs of customers that may change on short notice· Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment· Can work well within high pressure situations· Strong empathy and ability to work well with others· Builds cross-functional relationships· Driven self-starter· Effective Communicator· Positive and present attitude always· Possess a deep understanding of clinical knowledge· Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records
Work Environment:· Field role required to travel to clinician offices, clinical settings
Experience· Minimum 5+ years of procedural experience in a clinical setting preferably within the acute setting either as a healthcare provider or industry representative
Education:· Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent field

Our Benefits:
For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $130,000 and $150,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
