The working territory is Madrid, and you will be expected to be located in Madrid.

A Day in the Life**

  • Planning and execution of technical and education programs:
  • Plans and prioritizes technical and education programs with review and input from the Sales Manager and other functional groups, i.e., marketing, consistent with the Country Business Plan.
  • Act as the technical expert and reference for the CA solutions team
  • Provides technical support to the customers (become an expert in our portfolio of products).
  • Provides technical support to the procedures.
  • Provides troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request.
  • Participates in the development of employee and customer training/education programs. Prepares study materials, plans, organizes, and conducts training to customers (physicians, technicians, nurses, and administration) in collaboration with the Sales force team and Training &Education department.
  • Supports Sales force during presentations to customers upon request.
  • Supports marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and input to sales and marketing brochures.
  • Collaborate in the AOP consecution through the technical and clinical support to both CAS team and external customers.
  • Internal and administrative:
  • Reports all account, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion.
  • Reports immediately and accurately all product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc) and customer complains following the compliance requirements.
  • Carries out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner, (i.e., inventory reports, stock movement forms etc.). Provides minimum, but regular activity report to Sales Manager.
  • Attends all required regional and national meetings.

Must-Have: Minimum Requirements

  • University degree in Life-Science or Engineer.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the EP medical device industry including a hospital operation room environment is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.
  • Knowledge of the Electrophysiology competitive marketplace.
  • Experience in 3D EP navigation Systems.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability and willingness to travel.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
  • Skills to work independently on projects/duties as well as have a Spain-wide view.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer skills.
  • Team oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Location: Madrid.
