Title: HR Project Manager (Enterprise Banking Regulatory Initiatives) **

Industry: Financial Services / Banking

Location: Remote, PST/EST Hours

Compensation: $60-65/hr.

Duration: 12+ months

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the US

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?**

  • The role of the Project Manager is to execute and support Bank projects according to timelines, milestone events and within budget. This includes coordinating and motivating project team members and key stakeholders, contractors, and or consultants to flawlessly complete project deliverables.
  • Project Managers help define project objectives, scope, and requirements; and ensure high levels of development and project execution throughout its life cycle.

Skill in:

  • Coordinating communication project activities.
  • MS Project and Excel skills.
  • HR and/or regulatory compliance related to MRAs.

Scope:

  • Align closely with stakeholders to drive multiple reporting timelines.
  • Ability to produce ad hoc regulatory reports.
  • Project: Supporting regulatory work for the HR division related to with policies and procedures, staffing/skills, compensation, and process improvement.
  • MRA deadlines.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead project team, assigns individual responsibilities, and develops schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project.
  • Participates in meeting activities to identify project goals and gain consensus on project steps, schedule, and implementation procedures; fosters cooperation and involvement of the support team.
  • Interview colleagues/clients to identify and analyze needs; develop a project plan and provide input to recommendations for request/problem resolution.
  • Monitors development activities relating to meeting project objectives, budget, quality standards, and schedule.
  • Manages several projects of varying sizes concurrently and consults with all levels of management which may require coordinating activities across multiple departments and/or divisions.
  • Prepares project status reports; makes alterations in the project plan as needed.
  • Fosters and maintains good relationships with colleagues/clients to ensure that processes are integrated to support expected customer service levels. Acts as a business partner by managing expectations and providing guidance and advice throughout project duration.

Ability to:

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.

Educational/Previous Experience:

  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BA) in a related field. Change Readiness/Change Management, Industrial Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or similar major preferred.
  • One year of professional experience preferred. ~or~ Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
