You Are**

UST is looking for a qualified Program Manager with Data Warehouse experience to ensure quality delivery of end-to-end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent background in extracting, transforming, and loading data into the warehouse. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. **

The Opportunity**

  • Lead the customer Projects/ Program
  • Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment is mandatory
  • Organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, grooming, release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
  • Understand testing processes and development platforms for high-level IT Enterprise systems
  • Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress
  • Assist the technical team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
  • Collaborating with team, developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices, including working agreements and definition of done
  • Identifying and removing impediments and preventing distractions
  • Maintaining process documentation, reports, and applicable dashboards in JIRA
  • Serving as an Agile coach for implementing and socializing scrum to newly formed teams
  • Ensure that all required Agile ceremonies are followed
  • Participate in backlog refining, keep the team organized and focused
  • Providing coaching and direction to team members
  • Organizing and facilitating team interactions with other departments and vendors who do not practice scrum to deliver products on time
  • Assisting with backlog maintenance, leading the team through long-term roadmap exercises, forecasting long-term project deliverables
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and broadcasting information, as needed
  • Project Planning, including development of a project plan in MS Project
  • Documenting project scope, budget, schedule, and organizational objectives
  • Facilitating and leading team meetings that are cross-functional in nature
  • Leading the project team through the implementation of the solution
  • Managing vendor engagements, which may include facilitating selection processes, providing input into the Statement of Work, management of deliverables and vendor resources
  • Conducting project closure, and ensuring proper operationalization of effort
  • Publishing Status reporting on a weekly basis

What You Need**

  • Experience executing Waterfall projects.
  • Data Warehouse experience is mandatory
  • Scrum Master & SAFe Agile certification
  • Should have extensive knowledge in managing data warehouse projects.
  • Experience in SAFE principles
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience and 5 years of Program Management experience
  • 5 years of Scrum Master experience
  • Expert level facilitation and communication skills: ability to facilitate teams through tough conversations and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly, flexibly, and positively to change, using it as an opportunity to learn, develop, practice, and support the organization.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Ability to manage a budget within Excel.
  • Excellent conceptual, analysis, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing conclusions, and recommending solutions
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Team Foundation Server
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar technologies
  • Must-Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar technologies

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below. **

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:** $96,000-$144,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options. **
