Job description

  • Design, develop, build, and customize applications.
  • Administrate the workflows on the software, implement new systems or add-ons.
  • Ensures operational integrity of workflows and configurations.
  • Commit to the continuous improvement and learning development of ServiceNow emerging trends and technology
  • Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the operations of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance team dashboards, analytics, and reporting
  • Advise on features and functionality.
  • Participating in work teams with stakeholders in IT, Project Management Office (PMO), vendors, and other business practice groups from an application development life cycle perspective.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and fulfill routine service requests.
  • Monitor ServiceNow enhancement work queue
