This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement adds value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As a Program Manager, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the HSM team reporting to Program Manager Project Procurement, you will work with cross-functional teams to oversee the execution of projects and services for hospitality Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). You will maintain program initiatives that adhere to Hilton Supply Management’s organizational objectives through both internal and external partnerships involving property conversions and future renovations. **

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. **

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like**

  • Apply change, risk, and resource management to the existing program and work with the growing team to implement procedures within the program to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee Project Contracting and Set-Up, Kick-Off Meeting(s), Consultant Introductions, Customer Fee Tracking/Invoicing, and Consultant Check-In’s.
  • Monitor volume of brand specific engagements, and determine appropriate pairing for procurement based on eligibility, performance, capacity, and internal review of KPIs.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external departments, consultants, and suppliers to assist in driving project critical path timelines and completion strategies.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

  • Work with HSM’s internal Demand Planning team to manage FF&E order distribution to FF&E Procurement partners based on brand approved FF&E suppliers.
  • Liase between external procurement partners and Hilton Accounting & Finance for project creation, invoicing, and monthly reporting based on lifecycle.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

  • Be the contact for external resources including owners, consultants, project managers, and suppliers.
  • Build relationships with the Brand, hotel owners, Hilton Architecture, Design & Construction, HSM Strategic Sourcing, and HSM’s key strategic partnerships for Interior Design and the FF&E Procurement & Logistics requirements.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of work experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on facilitation, and organization
  • Two (2) years of experience managing stakeholders and Design Consultants with an understanding of Design & Procurement functions and requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically creating formulas, pivot tables, and report macros and MS PowerPoint for presentation creation/information sharing

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Project Management certification or other Supply Chain Professional
