The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential. **
What You'll Do**
As the CX (Customer Experience) Writer, you will hold a pivotal position in sculpting the customer experience for our products and formulating compelling messaging strategies. Your sphere of influence will extend across all teams within the company, given their direct connection to our customers. In this role, you will actively engage with each team to closely monitor and craft content in various formats, ensuring that every communication aligns seamlessly with our product positioning and effectively addresses the unique needs of our customers. Your commitment to maintaining this alignment will be instrumental in fostering a consistently positive and cohesive customer journey. **
Responsibilities**
Research and write content that enhances the TRACTIAN customer experience across our communication channels: email, chat, digital assistant, social, and FAQ.
Develop clear and concise microcopies for our software along with the UXUI team, in order to enhance the user experience and guide users seamlessly through the platform
Write content to support a wide range of releases, new sensors, software updates, achievements, events, and other customer-centric campaigns
Lead the documentation of new features and improvements on our platforms, ensuring that information is comprehensive and readily available for the entire TRACTIAN team.
Partner with the Customer Success team to understand common support issues and address them in our content, along with identifying opportunities to increase upsell rates through customer-focused marketing campaigns
Serve as the gatekeeper of our product's technical information, ensuring accuracy and consistency in key marketing materials provided to customers. **
Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Letters, Journalism, or related field, highly preferred
Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with at least intermediate proficiency in Spanish. We will test your language skills during the process.
+5 years of experience, highly preferred with writing online content for a software company
Strong background in copywriting, documentation, and crafting customer-centric communication.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Able to translate information into clear and easy-to-understand steps
A self-starter and creative problem solver, with the ability to write content quickly **
Passionate About Building And Cultivating a Best-in-class Customer Experience**
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in using quantitative data and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities and inform recommendations
Able to work autonomously with direction and mentorship **
Bonus Points**
Knowledge of and experience with technical audiences, industries, and B2B software
Proven familiarity with UX Writing and Figma
Experience living abroad, especially if in the USA or Mexico
Additional language proficiency beyond the required Portuguese, English, and intermediate Spanish. **
