For Adjuster roles roles we are looking for this level of experience:

  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience ****will consider junior level candidates that are looking to get into the Insurance field and commit to taking CIP courses to be able to obtain their licensing credentials

  • Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Ongoing commitment to education and learning.

  • Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics

  • Good investigative manner

  • Adjuster’s license, or currently pursuing CIP designation
