Role: Sales Director

We are seeking a results-oriented and energetic sales expert with a proactive "hunter" mentality, showcasing a profound grasp of Microsoft's Data Stack technologies to take on the role of Sales Director.

As a Sales Director you will be the frontline of interaction with new sales prospects, playing a crucial part in the initial stages of client engagement. The core responsibilities will focus around generating opportunities by leveraging and developing partnerships within the Microsoft Sales ecosystem, specifically with Microsoft Account Executives.

You possess a proven ability to sell professional services within the Microsoft technology sector, preferably with exposure to technologies like Power BI, Azure, Fabric, and the Power Platform. You are experienced in implementing Power BI and Azure solutions demonstrating deep technical expertise and successful project delivery in these platforms.

Adept at working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, your persuasive nature and effective communication skills make you an excellent negotiator and closer. Rather than relying on existing accounts or leads you are in constant pursuit of identifying new business opportunities. You are restless and impatient fueled by enthusiasm and optimism, and your passion.

You possess an analytical style of thinking and are capable of strategically juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a quick learner of new technologies, especially in data architecture, analytics, and AI with a demonstrated ability to understand and document technical requirements in a clear and concise manner.

  • Sales Process Contribution
  • Market Awareness and Feedback
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through relationships with Microsoft Account Executive’s and Field Sales Teams
