We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Engineer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Timely responses to user requests and events from monitoring systems.
Problem qualification and resolution.
Execution of regular operational tasks.
Close collaboration with other units of the infrastructure team and the product team.
Proactive analysis of issues related to infrastructure services and offering suggestions for improvements.

What We Look For In You:

Minimum 2 years of production experience with Ubuntu or Debian.
Practical knowledge of Linux performance monitoring and tuning utilities and commands.
Shell scripting experience with Bash and Python.
Strong knowledge of network protocols.
Experience working with automated provisioning of Linux infrastructure and services.
