As a business systems consultant senior or lead on the HR Systems team, you'll take on an integral role in the enterprise-wide deployment of our new Workday HR Core system. This extensive project spans multiple years and involves the replacement of various legacy systems, including PeopleSoft. You’ll conduct comprehensive research, consultation, direction, and oversight of operating system requirements. You'll also assist in the planning, configuration, and design of the new platform while acting as a primary liaison between senior business leaders and the IT department to facilitate the integration of new systems and optimize existing processes. Moreover, you'll attend to our customers' needs, advocate for enhancements, and implement improvements. **

Location: This is a remote position with occasional travel/work out of our corporate headquarters in Mayfield, OH for various reasons such as events, training sessions, leadership meetings, and more.

Must-have Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large scale system implementations including management of the entire software lifecycle (onboarding/operational support/decommissioning)
  • In-depth knowledge of LEAN and Agile methodologies with the ability to create complex artifacts (documentation, data flow diagrams, context diagrams, etc.)
  • General understanding of systems architecture (how systems integrate with each other, risks within the system, opportunities for enhancements, and any potential business impacts)

Compensation

  • $68,100 - $109,900/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
