As a Salesforce UX designer/administrator on our Salesforce Continuous Delivery team (SFCD), you’ll lead our agenda to improve our end-user experience. Serving as a technical business subject matter expert for Salesforce, you’ll also be the liaison between the business and IT, specifically aligned with supporting our California Drive Sales team. Additionally, you'll be focused on configuration with a strong focus on usability and design within Salesforce. **

Location: This is a remote position. Applicants residing in Eastern or Central time zones is preferred.

Must-have Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce User Experience (UX) Designer Certification
  • Background in human centered design principles and experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, leveraging prototypes, wireframes, user flows or mock-ups
  • Familiarity with web accessibility principles and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Ability to configure within the Salesforce system including knowledge of user management, lightning flows, validation rules, dynamic forms, data loader, building reports and dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and page layouts

Compensation

  • $68,100 - $109,900/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
