A day in the life of a Tier 1 Payroll Support Specialist may vary, but you can always count on:

  • Being the primary contact for processing our client's payrolls and providing online payroll support
  • Guaranteeing payrolls are processed timely and accurately
  • Processing new hires, changes, deductions, etc. for the clients
  • Provide technical support, answer questions, and troubleshoot any issues
  • Completing adjustments, as needed, to help with tax compliance
  • Assisting with quarterly and annual reporting requirement
