What are we looking for?

BetterHelp is looking for Remote Counselors to join our provider network, where you can focus on providing clinical expertise while we take care of everything else. 

Additional Details:

• Competitive Compensation: 10 - 40  hours per week = $26k - $154k+ AUS per year (part of the compensation is paid to superannuation amounts). 
• Up to a $500 AUS Sign-on bonus* for counselors who engage with their first client within 14 days of beginning their application

Requirements

• YOE: 3+ years (Required)
• Membership
• A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
• Excellent written communication.
• Must have professional liability insurance.
• Reliable Internet connection.

*The term “bonus” is used in connection with this program to refer to the additional compensation paid by BetterHelp to independent contractor Counselors that elect to participate in the program.
