Job Description

Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound communications with users through Intercom, our CRM tool.
Engage with users to uncover motivations, understand pain points, provide fitness advice, identify opportunities based on selected criteria, and demonstrate the value of our offering in order to convert them into customers.
Provide users with workout & nutrition recommendations from our programs that suit their goals and preferences in collaboration with our experts and customer success managers.
Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the on-demand fitness industry and ElCoach's product, offering, and brand image.Fitness Advisor
