Job Description

About the role

This role is a for an experienced Site Foreman with a focus on administering quality, safety and environmental management. You will need to work autonomously at times and also coordinate internal and external resources

About You

You will be a high calibre individual with a focus on delivering quality projects and overseeing site functions. Ideally you will be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high standards and willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of exceptional professionals

Skills and Experience

  • Qualifications relevant to the role
  • Extensive experience in building construction
  • Proven 3 years minimum experience managing small to medium commercial projects within the commercial, education, medical, childcare, industrial or multi-residential sectors
  • Be component in understanding and delivering both the building structure and the finishes.
  • Excellent communication and personal skills
  • A person who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and quality driven
  • Be able to work successfully in a team environment (this is not negotiable; you must fit in with our Company Culture)
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standards
  • Good computer/ mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g. Procore)

You will be a self-driven individual who is adept at implementing programs, forecasting the workflow, proficient in coordinating trades, committed to conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes, and possess high quality communication skills. You will align with our commitment to community, environmental and sustainable business practices.
