Key responsabilities:
- Contribute to defining and implementing remuneration policies with the Responsable France
- Participate in Benefit management while being a point of contact for internal and external partners
- Analyze data, produce necessary reports for governance committees, participate in compensation benchmarking
- Support projects led by the Total Reward team both nationally and internationally
