Responsibilities
  • Act as an expert resource for our community members, providing guidance on task-based gig platforms, best practices, and strategies for maximizing earnings.
  • Conduct regular research on the latest trends and developments in the gig economy, staying up-to-date with new platforms, opportunities, and regulations.
  • Assist community members in identifying their skills and strengths, and match them with suitable gig opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of gig work platforms, including their features, payment structures, and user reviews.
  • Manage and moderate community forums and discussions related to gig work, fostering a positive and supportive environment for members to share their experiences and learn from each other.
  • Collaborate with the community to create engaging content such as blog posts, videos, and webinars, aimed at educating our community on gig work opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our gig work resources, making improvements and updates as needed to ensure maximum value for our members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the gig economy or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with task-based gig platforms such as TaskRabbit, Fiverr, or Upwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with community members.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and evaluate information from various sources to provide accurate and relevant guidance.
