Job description

The Venture
We are a 30-person startup on a mission to reimagine supply-chain automation. With a market size of $220 billion and an annual transaction value of $15 trillion in physical products, this opportunity has been overlooked for over 20 years. Our team comprises top university graduates as well as industry veterans from Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Palantir, Apple, Amazon, Meta, and Tableau, with a track record of building billion-dollar companies. Backed by prestigious investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Dell, Bloomberg, and Ram Sriram (first investor in Google), we have Fortune 500 customers and long-term contracts in place. With 3-4 years of runway, we are well-positioned for the next phase of growth.

Culture and Compensation
At Regrello, we are a customer-obsessed, product-centric company that fosters a flexible and remote culture to attract the brightest minds in the industry. While we have a particular interest in candidates based in Seattle, San Francisco, and New York, we are open to considering applicants from anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico. Our compensation packages are industry-leading and include competitive salaries, equity ownership in our dynamic startup, and comprehensive health benefits. If needed, we are willing to sponsor US work authorization.

The Problem We Solve
Our core focus is building a global operating network that empowers supply-chain companies to collaborate effectively within a unified platform. This includes a no-code, automated workflow engine that enables users to model complex operational processes seamlessly. Additionally, our robust forms engine facilitates valuable cross-company data interchange. Furthermore, we are developing an AI engine that helps customers learn from the past, identify key issues in the present, and adapt their supply chains to an uncertain and ever-evolving future.

You
