FusionTek is a fast growing, industry-leading MSP serving clients nationwide with offices in Seattle, Tampa, and Washington DC. Our 45+ team members specialize in providing top-notch IT security, IT consulting services and ransomware remediation to small and mid-size organizations.

We are adding an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team, but we’re not for everyone.

Technical Account Managers work directly with our Sales and Service teams to complete the following tasks:

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' technical environments, business objectives, and challenges.
  • Identify and provide technical solutions to align clients IT infrastructure with best practices.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise on products and services to both internal team members and clients.
  • Complete technical project scoping including time estimates, products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities among our existing clients.
  • Stay informed on new product and service offerings, and curate targeted client lists for new opportunities.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • A solid understanding of technical systems
  • Ability to apply technical solutions in unique environments.
  • Client-focused attitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of core business technology concepts and platforms
  • Conduct client meetings both onsite and virtually as business needs dictate (daily work location outside of client meetings can be in office or remote).
