Specific responsibilities include:**
Work with our client-facing teams to understand client needs, the project plan, and provide input to refine as needed; use the project plan to guide your work throughout the project
Participate in situation assessment and story development activities for your projects
Execute data preparation, reporting, results interpretation, and presentation development activities as inputs into final client recommendations; modeling and model review as required
Ensure timely delivery of personal and client deliverables
Consistently deliver error-free work
Give input on ways to make our work more efficient and have greater client impact
Learn additional methods and new approaches in our core solutions areas
Stay informed on industry and academic developments in your field
Help train client development and business development teams on commercially relevant elements of our methodologies
Contribute to workload tracking and workload coverage activities across the Advanced Insights team in North America
Give feedback to co-workers on what works well and what does not work well, to help drive continual improvement in our ways of working **

Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Familiarity with basic concepts of marketing required; working knowledge of one or more of our core analytic portfolio areas preferred (pricing, test/control, forecasting, segmentation)
Some experience in analytics very strongly preferred (even if only in internships or class-based project work)
Experience writing programs or scripts in some language
Experience with SAS is preferred; SQL or Python is a plus
Working knowledge of (some of) the following statistical techniques is a plus: linear regression, logistic regression, discriminant analysis, mixed model, model selection, k-means and hierarchical clustering. **
Experience Working With Large, Structured Data Sets Preferred**
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with public speaking required; experience presenting to groups preferred
Strong time management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities effectively
Bachelor’s degree required in quantitative fields such as, but not limited to economics, statistics, marketing, psychology, political science, or mathematics.
