SAP HCM Consultant

For one of our international clients we are looking for SAP HCM Consultant.

• Start date: ASAP
• Full-time
• Hybrid work (Onsite 60% - Carnaxide – Lisboa)
• Candidates from Portugal
• Duration: Contract for 6 months + extensions

Scope:

• Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
• Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions.
• Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
• Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients.
• Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Skills:

• Experience in SAP HCM
  • creation of rules/guidelines;
  • validation of rules;
  • capacity for manual processing of fees;
  • support for automatic processing of fees;
  • processing validation (analysing deviations, analysing incorrect processing, etc);
  • analysing backlogs between systems;
  • Analysing / updating registration data in SAP HR (ensuring data quality);
  • Sending activity lists to service providers (as long as this is not automatic and the APP is not available);
  • Inserting and validating invoices and green receipts.
